Trial Assembly
Assemble each accessory, complying with assembly requirements of finished products, no poor assembly.
Safety Requirement

Function check
The product function is identical to customer’s specified function.
Adhesion test
After test, removal area not more than 10%, for hardware plating parts, the peeling of plating layer should <5% after adhesion test;
Salt Spray Test
For hardware plating parts, have to do the salt spray test of 24H. and surface don`t allow to have rust after test.

1.Don’t accept single corrugated box;
2.No metal needle, sharp point or edge
