Q4.How do you charge for sample? What is the sample lead time?
A: Ready sample is free with freight collected. Customized sample is charged but refundable after first order confirmed. Sample lead time 5-7days
Q5.Do you work with any company that sells on Amazon?
A: Yes, we do. We are quite professional in operating this kinds of orders , can help to send the goods to designated Amazon warehouse directly.
Q6.How do you pack umbrella? Do you support customized package?
A: Standard package: 1pc umbrella/clear poly bag, then 10pcs or one dozen/inner box, 2 inner boxes or more /master carton, it depends on the weight. We also support customized package.
Transportation
We have the following shipping methods:
1. Express delivery (DHL TNT UPS Fedex ..) Home delivery, fast time, very convenient!
2. Air transportation (After arriving at the designated airport, the customer will clear customer take goods on their own, the cost will be lower than the express delivery)
3.By sea (suitable for large cargo, although long-term, but cheap)
4. Railway transportation (very suitable for European countries, faster than sea shipping, can be sent to the door)
